About the role:



Our Infusion Care business unit is growing, and we are seeking a proactive, structured and detail-oriented Commercial Product Manager to support our Infusion Care Commercial team in managing the Neria™ product portfolio.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about commercial operations, product management, and cross-functional collaboration.



You will work closely with our Senior Key Account Manager, internal and external stakeholders to ensure product readiness, regulatory alignment, and operational excellence across our non-direct markets.



You will report to the Senior Key Account Manager Convatec Infusion Care and will be working out of our office in Søborg, Denmark with the possibility to work from home several days a week.





**Your Key Duties & Responsibilities**



+ Implementation and optimization of the Neria portfolio strategy for our B2B partners as well as our US market.



+ Dedicated product management responsibility for our B2B partners, where you will manage product related activities via regular touch points and meetings.

You will seek to build trusted relationships by demonstrating a professional and superior service mindset.

Internally you will be the Voice of the Customer working with colleagues in various supporting functions ensuring excellent operational performance.



Specific responsibilities include:



Ensure launch readiness in relation to the accounts’ new geographic market entries.



Define best inmarket product- and supply strategies.



Outline and coordinate changes to product packaging, ensuring local regulatory market requirements are fulfilled across all markets.



To succeed you will be coordinating cross-functional teams across notably Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Post Market, Supply Chain as well as with our many local Convatec teams worldwide.



+ Responsible for driving and consolidating Convatec Infusion Care's new commercial set up in the US:



With support from Convatec US colleagues, established partners and internal stakeholders you will continuously optimize the supply environment for the Neria products in the US market.



With Business Development launch products for potential new disease areas.



Liaise with stakeholders to obtain valuable market intelligence, better understand trends and improve demand forecasts.



+ Product Forecasts and updated Product system availability:



In collaboration with customers and demand planning, you will review and discuss in-market developments, and submit monthly forecasts.



Work with Customer Service to ensure always up to date pricing- and product availability.



+ Contribute to internal improvement initiatives and ad hoc projects that enhance commercial efficiency.



+ Over time and according to personal aspirations, take on direct account responsibilities.







**About** **You**



+ Master’s or bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Economics, Life Sciences, or related field.



+ 3+ years of experience in commercial operations, product management, sales within the Medical Devices, Pharma space or related regulated manufacturing industry.



+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.



+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.



+ Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).



+ Experience with SAP is a plus.

• Approximately 10 international travel days per year must be expected primarily  within Europe
