Do you want to play a key role in ensuring effective and risk-aware liquidity management in Denmark’s leading pharmaceutical wholesaler?

Nomeco A/S is looking for an experienced Treasury Manager to strengthen our cash flow management and financial risk control in a complex and socially critical business.

Nomeco is a key player in Danish healthcare logistics and part of the PHOENIX group – Europe’s largest pharmaceutical wholesaler.

We supply medicines to pharmacies, hospitals, and the pharmaceutical industry, working diligently to ensure that vital products reach patients on time.

With headquarters in Copenhagen and a high bay warehouse in Køge and distribution centres in Copenhagen, Odense and Aarhus, we operate nationwide and serve as a strategic partner to both public and private stakeholders.

Your responsibilities

As Treasury Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring optimal liquidity management and daily cash flow operations
  • Preparing and maintaining cash flow forecasts and analyses
  • Identifying and managing financial risks, including currency, interest rate, and credit risks
  • Preparing analyses for commercial negotiations with suppliers and customers
  • Developing and implementing policies for risk management and internal controls
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with banks and financial institutions
  • Supporting reporting and decision-making for management and the PHOENIX Group
  • Your profile

    We imagine you have:

  • A relevant financial education (e.g. MSc in Finance, HD(R/F), or equivalent)
  • At least 5 years of experience in treasury, cash management, and/or financial risk management
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with cash flow modeling
  • Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to navigate in an international matrix organization
  • Experience with ERP systems and other relevant IT systems
  • Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken
