Som **Business Development Manager (BDM)** er du ansvarlig for at udvikle forretningen indenfor dine leverandørområder **(HPE Networking herunder Juniper)** .

Du arbejder strategisk og kommercielt med markedet og bruger din indsigt og dine relationer til at sikre vækst – både for Arrow, vores leverandører og vores partnere.

Du er den drivende kraft bag samarbejdet med nøglepartnere og leverandører og sikrer, at vi udnytter alle muligheder for at skabe fælles succes.

Du faciliterer samarbejdet på tværs af interne teams og har en koordinerende rolle, hvor du bringer viden, strategi og eksekvering sammen i en konkret retning.

Samtidig har du ansvar for, at vi lever op til leverandørernes forventninger og får forløst potentialet i de aftaler og programmer, vi er en del af.

Med Salesforce og BU-planer som dine vigtigste styringsværktøjer arbejder du struktureret og fremadskuende – og sikrer fremdrift i projekter og salgsaktiviteter i tæt samarbejde med Business Unit Maneger, Solution Advisor, marketing og Partner Sales.



**Dine opgaver:**



**Forretningsudvikling og vækst**

• Udarbejde og følge op på Vendor-planer, BU-planer og strategier

• Identificere nye forretningsmuligheder og udviklingsområder

• Fastholde og udvide markedsandele i samarbejde med partnere



**Samarbejde og relationer**

• Opbygge og pleje stærke relationer til leverandøren og partnere

• Koordinere med interne teams og sikre effektiv ressourceudnyttelse

• Facilitere samarbejdet med Business Unit Manager, Solution Advisors, Marketing samt Partner Sales



**Salgsstyring og opfølgning**

• Sikre at pipeline er tilstrækkelig og velkvalificeret

• Arbejde aktivt og struktureret med leverandøren samt partnerne

• Følge op på KPI’er og igangværende indsatser

• Sikre fremdrift og synlighed hos leverandøren og partnerne



**Markedsindsigt og positionering**

• Holde dig opdateret på markedsudvikling, trends og konkurrencesituation

• Bidrage med indsigt, analyser og anbefalinger til leverandør- og salgsstrategi

• Skabe de bedste forudsætninger for at Arrow møder leverandørkrav og mål

• Opnåelse af budgetmål og KPI’er

• Synlig fremdrift oaktiviteter og salgsarbejde – drevet i fællesskab med Business Unit Manager, Solution Advisor, Marketing samt Partner Sales
