**What You’ll Be Doing**



+ Managing customers through their journey, from inquiry to resolution, making sure they feel supported at every step.

+ Maintaining close communication with customers via phone and email to understand their needs and expectations and professional way.

+ Investigate and solve logistic challenges and complaints, helping customers find practical solutions in a timely manner.

+ Work closely with colleagues across teams to make sure requests are handled smoothly.

+ Fulfilling job responsibilities aligned with given KPIs and spot opportunities to improve processes while keeping service levels high.



**What We're Looking For**



+ Customer-focused mindset, with a natural ability to connect with people, build relationships and communicate **fluently in Danish**

+ Comfortable with technology and IT tools, such as SAP or Salesforce.

+ Able to handle multiple tasks effectively and keep attention to detail under pressure.

+ Solution-oriented and motivated to improve processes and contribute to team success, working towards shared objectives that benefit the entire organization.

+ Positive, eager to learn and develop in a collaborative and supportive environment.
