Job Responsibilities
As our new Data Scientist, you will play a key role in developing advanced machine learning solutions that address real business challenges and generate actionable insights.
In addition, you will contribute to data engineering efforts, ensuring that relevant, high-quality data is available and accessible across multiple use cases.
You will be involved in end-to-end projects, collaborating closely with digital leads, developers, architects, and product owners.
Your curiosity and broad understanding of data’s potential will help uncover value across domains such as chatbots, analytics, product selection, and forecasting.
Your responsibilities may include:
Designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models, proof-of-concepts, and scalable solutions
Building and optimizing LLMs, vector stores, and graph databases
Applying statistical techniques, machine learning, and advanced analytics to create forecasts, classifications, and recommendation systems
Driving the development of next-generation analytics capabilities, supported by solid data infrastructure and tools
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure technical solutions align with business goals
Evaluating and enhancing existing models, data pipelines, and analytical frameworks
Ensuring seamless integration between systems and data platforms
Working with architects and developers to connect and leverage both internal and external data sources
Translating complex business needs into practical and impactful ML/AI use cases
Communicating technical insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Exploring and assessing emerging tools, technologies, and methods for both immediate and long-term relevance
Background & Skills
To be considered for this position, you should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
You have a solid understanding of AI/ML and statistics, along with hands-on experience in developing, testing, and deploying data-driven solutions
We expect you to bring:
At least one year of hands-on experience with data science tools and frameworks
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, including use of notebooks and development frameworks
Experience with advanced methods and solutions, such as forecasting models and large language models (LLMs)
Knowledge of data storage technologies and database structures
Understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns
Familiarity with tools and platforms from major providers such as Azure, Google Cloud, Databricks, and MATLAB
You are open-minded, curious, and eager to learn and grow.
