In this role, you'll work closely with stakeholders across business and IT to implement, enhance, and support Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement solutions, with a specific focus on Customer Service.

About the Role:

As a Dynamics Business Analyst, you will play a key role in gathering business requirements, designing solutions, and supporting the implementation and optimization of the Dynamics Customer Service module.

You'll collaborate with technical teams, project managers, and business users to ensure that solutions align with organizational needs.

This is a -month contract based in Copenhagen, Denmark, with a strong possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze business requirements for Dynamics Customer Engagement (Customer Service).

  • Design and configure solutions aligned with business needs and D best practices.

  • Work with business teams to identify process improvement opportunities within the platform.

  • Assist in managing change processes for system upgrades or new features.

  • Provide support to project managers in delivering Dynamics initiatives on time.

  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to Dynamics configurations and integrations.

  • Develop reports and dashboards using Dynamics data and Power BI as needed.

  • Preferred Skills:

  • Strong experience as a Dynamics Business Analyst or similar role.

  • In-depth knowledge of Dynamics CE modules, especially Customer Service.

  • Familiarity with Sales, Marketing, Field Service, and other D apps is a plus.

  • Experience with configuration, customization, and integration of Dynamics .

  • Exposure to Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is an advantage.

  • Familiarity with project tools like Azure DevOps or similar.

  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall environments.
