Are you a strategic storyteller who thrives on connecting ideas, people, and markets?

At ECCO, we’re looking for a Global Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of seasonal brand campaigns that bring our product and brand stories to life across the globe.

Lead campaigns that shape ECCO’s global presence
As Global Brand Manager, you’ll be the primary point of contact for seasonal planning and delivery.

You lead the development of global brand campaigns from shaping the brief to guiding creative execution and ensuring smooth activation across markets.

Working closely with creative, product, and insights teams, you build campaigns that are both visually compelling and strategically sound.

You ensure cohesive messaging across every consumer touchpoint and support regional teams with clear guidance and toolkits.

By fostering collaboration across functions, you help drive alignment and consistency.

You also contribute to capturing learnings and sharing insights to shape future seasons.

Success within the first year means that you’ve:

  • Delivered a clear and unified seasonal go-to-market calendar that aligns timelines across teams and regions.
  • Built strong relationships across global and regional teams, becoming the trusted go-to for GTM planning.
  • Led campaign launches across channels with confidence, ensuring readiness and consistency.
  • Introduced improvements to GTM workflows that help the organisation move faster and collaborate more clearly.
  • You’ll join a dedicated team of three, reporting to the Director of Marketing Planning and Operations.

    Together, you’ll shape ECCO’s brand presence across the globe, working closely with colleagues who care deeply about quality, innovation, and storytelling.

    This is a full-time role based in our Copenhagen office in Carlsbergbyen.

    We work together in person, while also recognising that flexibility matters.

    Some of the experiences we imagine you bring are:

  • 5+ years in fashion, retail, FMCG, or similar industries
  • Proven track record in leading brand campaigns from strategy to rollout
  • Strong project management and stakeholder alignment skills
  • Experience working across global markets and multicultural teams
  • A strategic mindset with a consumer-first approach and creative thinking
