And do you want to join a 2-year Graduate Program tailored to your skills and interests?

Then look no further.**



As a Graduate in Global Quality, part of Global Operations, you will go through three 8-months rotations.

The first rotation will be at our HQ in Ballerup, then you transfer to a department outside Denmark for the second rotation, and finally you return to HQ for the third rotation in a different department.



Joining our Graduate Program on September 1st, 2026, you can look forward to a thorough onboarding that will introduce you to our organization and your fellow graduate batch.



With multiple subsidiaries across the globe, we are sure to find a role abroad that matches GN’s business needs as well as your skills and interests.

Throughout, you will be assisted by managers, program sponsors, and a mentor as you navigate a steep learning curve.



**The team you will be part of:**



Within our Global Quality organization, you’ll find colleagues of different backgrounds and nationalities working in a wide variety of countries.

Our product portfolio spans the entire GN Group and ranges from hearing aids and headsets to video and gaming equipment.



During your program, you will be part of different teams – including the Quality Methods and Analytics team and the Product Quality team.

Regardless of which team you’ll be joining, you will find yourself an equal member and sought-after resource.

Moreover, you will become part of a network together with 13 other fellow graduates.

Some will also be working within Global Operations, while others are exploring areas such as Marketing, Finance, People & Culture, R&D, or Digital, Data and IT (DDI).



**As part of the graduate program, you will have the opportunity to:**



+ Explore and implement real time text mining and AI analytics, transforming in-market customer feedback into tangible improvements of our products and services

+ Develop tools to guide engineers involved in product designs, with lessons learned based on customer feedback

+ Become skilled in process mapping and redesign together with peers across Operations, Sales and R&D.

+ Learn the business by active involvement in tasks, ensuring resolution of key customer complaints and issues

+ Gain knowledge of our innovative products by collaborating with teams focused on creating customer-oriented solutions that enhance the market offerings.



**To thrive in the role, we imagine that you:**



+ Have a master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or similar - or expect to graduate before September 2026, with good academic performance

+ Have maximum one year's full-time work experience post- graduation

+ Have international experience from internship, semester abroad, or volunteering.

+ Are familiar using AI based tools to solve problems and design solutions

+ Have a data-driven mindset, and that you are interested in learning about our business, products, and services by working closely with our teams across the world

+ Enjoy being creative and innovative as we are constantly trying to bring the best experience to the customers.

+ Possess effective communication skills and fluency in spoken and written English
