We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented colleague to join our Grant Management department as Grant Coordinator.
The Grant Management Department is central in the Novo Nordisk Foundation’s grant-awarding activities.
As part of our department, you will collaborate closely with colleagues within Grant Management and across the Foundation supporting a wide range of administrative tasks.
Your role
As Grant Coordinator, you will primarily focus on the post-award phase of our grant activities.

Professional and Personal Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with a relevant education and a minimum of 1–3 years of solid experience in administrative work from a university, research institute, foundation, NGO, or the public sector.
