Responsibilities

  • As Insurance Claims Manager, you will lead and develop a skilled team, driving alignment and performance within the company’s insurance area to match the growth of the company.

    You will play a central role in ensuring compliance, operational efficiency, and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Lead, develop, and inspire a team of approx.

    10–12 experienced insurance professionals
  • Drive process improvements
  • Ensure full compliance with Danish FSA regulations and internal policies
  • Act as the control tower for insurance performance, profitability, and governance.
  • Strengthen collaboration across internal stakeholders and external insurance partners
  • Use data and reporting to enhance decision-making and transparency
  • Identify and implement operational and product improvements

     • Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance, or claims,
