Vi søger en energisk og engageret leder til EY's Talent Attraction and Acquisition team, som består af seks dygtige medarbejdere.

I denne rolle vil du have ansvaret for at rekruttere talentfulde medarbejdere fra studentermedhjælpere og praktikanter til senior specialister på alle EY-kontorer i Danmark.

Du vil også spille en central rolle i vores employer branding-indsats i tæt samarbejde med vores Branding team.

Som teamleder vil du fungere som rekrutteringspartner for forretningen og støtte ledere i at tiltrække og udvælge de bedste kandidater til EY.

Vi ansætter mellem 400-500 medarbejdere årligt og har ofte mange rekrutteringsprocesser kørende samtidig.

Nogle af disse processer involverer annoncering, mens andre kræver en målrettet indsats gennem search, hvor vi arbejder tæt sammen med vores sourcing team.

Vi er en del af et stærkt nordisk samarbejde inden for Talent Attraction and Acquisition og et Talent team, der inkluderer HR operations, HR Business Partners og Learning & Development.

  • Lede og styre rekrutteringsprocesser og projekter med fokus på kvalitet og effektiv risikostyring.

  • Identificere og implementere innovative løsninger og best practices.

  • Supervisere og udvikle medarbejdere.

  • Anvende din ekspertise til at vejlede andre og anbefale kvalitetsløsninger baseret på interne og eksterne forhold.

  • Opfylde mål relateret til kundeservice, kvalitet, risikostyring og forretningsvækst.
  • Færdigheder og egenskaber for succes

  • Stærk forståelse for funktionærloven og ansættelseskontrakter.

  • Erfaring med styring af rekrutteringskanaler og 

  • Kendskab til HR systemer og arbejde med at sikre korrekt data.

  • Kendskab til employer branding.

  • Evne til at udvikle sourcing- og tiltrækningsstrategier.

  • Flydende dansk og engelsk, både skriftligt og mundtligt.
