Johnson Controls is seeking a dedicated and skilled Manager for Product Technical Support, EMEA.

Join us as the leader of our expert team supporting sales and field operations across EMEA, helping our customers achieve fast and effective solutions for all our products.

What You Will Do
As Manager of Product Technical Support, EMEA, you will take ownership of the Product Technical Support team, leading 6-8 highly engaged office-based support specialists.

You will ensure that customer requests are handled efficiently via Teams, email, and phone, with a focus on delivering outstanding technical support for all products sold in EMEA.

You will join a collaborative, international organization committed to leadership development, offering extensive internal networks and resources to help grow your expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and develop your team, fostering technical skills and a positive working environment
  • Champion a culture of fast, high-quality customer support and continuous improvement
  • Personally take the lead on high-profile or complex cases, acting as project manager to ensure swift resolution
  • Delegate and prioritize technical support actions, collaborating closely with Sales, Field Support, and EMEA stakeholders
  • Drive operational efficiency through process standardization and ongoing engineering improvement projects
  • Ensure all Technical Support communications are answered promptly and accurately by the team
  • Coordinate regular meetings and training sessions, facilitating knowledge sharing and employee engagement
  • Support management of change initiatives through effective communication
  • What We Look For:

  • Technical background or degree (e.g., Mechanical Engineering)
  • Experience in the refrigeration industry or a similar technical field
  • Previous experience in a Technical Support & Warranty department
  • Experience with SharePoint and SAP is an advantage (please mention this experience in your application)
  • Demonstrated interest in team leadership; prior management experience is an advantage, but highly motivated candidates with a strong desire to lead are also encouraged to apply
  • Fluent in Danish and English
