As our new Project Manager in Global Commercial Operations Development based at our headquarter in Copenhagen, you will be leading strategically important and complex projects to develop and improve our value chain, distribution centers, service offerings towards our customers and our commercial operation.
You will be responsible for all the disciplines within project management to deliver projects as a team successfully on time, in scope and within budget.
The role requires strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive projects from ideation to implementation.

In the role you will be highly exposed both vertically and horizontally in the organization.
You will be leading projects and ensure they are well managed from problem definition and scoping as well as project planning to execution including the realization of benefits.

You will report to the Director of Project Excellence and work closely with team members in the Project Excellence team located in Copenhagen and Baltimore.
Furthermore, you will collaborate with colleagues in our regional operations, a variety of functions across Pandora’s value chain and external vendors in order to secure successful project execution.
