Your role with us
As a Operations Coordinator, you will act as the bridge between our dealers, customers and internal teams.
You’ll take ownership of coordination, CRM-related tasks and process support, ensuring smooth collaboration across our Danish NSC and dealer network.
Here’s what you’ll be spending your time on:
· CRM & coordination: Manage, track and develop leads in the CRM system, while supporting further CRM improvements.
· Dealer support: Maintain close contact, follow-up and training for our dealers – including on-site visits when needed.
· Case handling: Escalate complex or technical cases to the right internal departments and ensure fast and effective feedback to dealers.
· Process & reporting: Use CRM data to deliver reports and insights that improve the customer journey and internal workflows.
· Operational support: Assist with internal routines, administration and cross-team coordination within the NSC.
· Invoicing & SAP: Support invoice handling and back-office processes in SAP (experience with SAP/invoicing is a strong advantage).
· Translations & quality checks: Perform and validate translations of customer communication, HMI and internal documents.
· Stay updated: Keep informed on product updates, campaigns and internal guidelines.
What we’re looking for:
· Strong communication skills – written and spoken – in Danish and English (other languages are a plus).
· Structured, detail-oriented and able to manage several tasks in parallel.
· A service-minded and solution-oriented approach.
· Experience with CRM systems – and ideally with SAP or invoicing.
· Experience from coordination, customer service, support or training is an advantage.

Din rolle hos os
Som Operations Koordinator bliver du bindeleddet mellem vores forhandlere, kunder og interne teams.
Du får ansvar for både daglig koordinering, CRM-relaterede opgaver og proces-support, så samarbejdet på tværs af NSC og forhandlernetværk fungerer gnidningsfrit.
Det er bl.a. det, du kommer til at bruge din tid på:
· CRM & koordinering: Administrere, følge op og udvikle leads i CRM-systemet samt bidrage til videreudvikling af funktionaliteten.
· Forhandlersupport: Sikre tæt dialog, opfølgning og træning samt besøge forhandlere, når der er behov for det.
· Sagsbehandling: Eskalere tekniske eller komplekse sager til interne afdelinger og sikre hurtig og effektiv kommunikation tilbage til forhandlerne.
· Proces & rapportering: Bruge CRM-data til rapportering og analyser, der kan understøtte forbedringer i kunderejsen og interne arbejdsgange.
· Operationel support: Bidrage til interne rutiner, administration og koordinering på tværs af NSC.
· Fakturering & SAP: Hjælpe med behandling af fakturaer og back-office processer i SAP (erfaring med SAP/fakturering er en fordel).
· Oversættelser & kvalitet: Udføre og kvalitetssikre oversættelser af kundekommunikation, HMI og interne dokumenter.
· Opdateringer: Holde fingeren på pulsen ift.

· Stærke kommunikative evner på dansk og engelsk (flere sprog er en fordel).

· Erfaring med CRM-systemer – og gerne med SAP eller fakturahåndtering.
· Erfaring fra koordinering, kundeservice, support eller træning er et plus.
