**The Role**

As Practice Leader - Mainframe and zCloud , you will play a critical role in driving the success and sustainability of the Practice at Kyndryl - and become a catalyst for innovation and transformation.

In this role, you'll be at the forefront of driving change and enabling our customers to harness the power of technology to achieve their business ambitions.

Working hand in hand with the rest of our GTM-team - you will leverage your expertise to drive targeted opportunities and exceed customer expectations.

You will engage in long-term strategic planning, helping to define the future direction of the practice and establishing key initiatives that will drive growth and success.

This role involves setting and determining policies that will shape the practice’s operations and ensuring that resources are effectively allocated to maximize efficiency and impact.

You will also be responsible for making critical decisions regarding growth, diversification, and other strategic priorities that align with the organization’s overall vision.

Additionally, you will cultivate a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation within the practice.

Your focus will be on balancing the practice’s short-term needs with its long-term ambitions, fostering an environment where teams can thrive and deliver high-quality outcomes.

Your ability to lead through complexity, adapt to evolving market dynamics, and inspire a shared commitment to success will be essential in ensuring the practice remains competitive and forward-looking in a rapidly changing landscape.

**Required Skills and Experience**

+ Extensive domain expertise in Mainframe and zCloud services, with a strong understanding of modernization, cloud migration, and hybrid infrastructure strategies.
+ Proven ability to translate complex technical capabilities into business value, delivering actionable insights and tailored solutions for Nordic enterprise clients.
+ Strong background in consultative selling, including presales support, solution positioning, and collaboration with sales teams to drive revenue growth.
+ Recognized industry expert, with a visible presence in the Nordics technology landscape through thought leadership, publications, and participation in key forums.
+ Exceptional leadership and coaching skills, with a track record of mentoring technical teams, developing talent, and fostering a high-performance culture.
+ Confident public speaker, experienced in leading client workshops, presenting at industry events, and representing the company in press engagements and executive briefings.
+ Strategic influencer, able to build trusted relationships across all levels of internal and external organizations, including C-level stakeholders.
+ Collaborative mindset, with the ability to align cross-functional teams and shared services to support business priorities and transformation initiatives.

**Qualifications**

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
