As our new **Production Manager** at Danfoss Silkeborg, **you’ll drive efficient operations** and ensure we deliver the high-precision sensors and valves our customers rely on – **on time and in top quality** .

As a member of the local **Supply Chain leadership team, you’ll develop and motivate your teams** , optimize production processes, and collaborate across the supply chain to create measurable impact – embracing cutting-edge solutions in a Smart Manufacturing environment.

Your ability to build **strong relationships** and **drive alignment** , while fostering a high-performance culture focused on **flexibility, reliability,** and **efficiency,** will be key to delivering **operational excellence** and reaching our strategic goals.

This role is based **on-site in Silkeborg** and **fluency in Danish is required** .

**What You’ll Be Doing**

+ **Lead and develop high-performing teams** in production and warehouse operations, fostering engagement and collaboration.
+ **Ensure on-time delivery** by aligning production with demand and planning, while optimizing flow to reduce lead times.
+ **Drive continuous improvement** through Lean principles, automation, and innovative ideas to boost productivity and reduce waste.
+ **Optimize costs and resources** by analyzing performance data, implementing effective improvements and managing budgets ensuring responsible resource allocation.
+ **Maintain quality and compliance** with ISO9001, IATF16949, and all relevant standards while promoting a zero-defect cultur

**What We're Looking For**

+ Proven experience **leading and developing teams** within production, manufacturing, or a similar environment.
+ In-depth understanding of **end-to-end supply chain management** and production processes, including automation and digitalization initiatives.
+ Deep expertise in **quality management systems** (ISO9001, IATF16949) and their practical application.
+ Ability to **engage stakeholders at all levels and navigate change** with an inclusive leadership style.
+ Strong communication skills in **Danish** and **English**
