These are all overseen by a central holding company named Koutermolen, which also functions as the group’s family office. Responsibilities
Prepare and manage project budgets Supervise the construction of foundations and concrete structures.Coordinate shipment of building elements from Belgium to Denmark.Maintain contact with local companies and subcontractors in DenmarkNegotiate pricing and manage supplier relationships.
Support sales activities and participate in client meetings.Ensure project documentation and administration, including bookkeeping.Use tools such as Word, Excel, AutoCAD, and MS Project for planning and reporting.Travel across Denmark (, Vejle, Fredericia) approximately two days per week.Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization—from truck drivers to the CEO.Collaborate with the site manager to ensure smooth execution.Uphold safety standards and ensure compliance throughout the project.Take ownership of tasks, demonstrate resilience, and work independently when needed. 5-10 years of experience within the industrial construction industry.Proven experience managing industrial/logistics construction projects, particularly foundations and structural works.Strong technical background and ability to work independently while being a team player.Resilient and confident communicator, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels—from truck drivers to senior executives.Ownership-driven mindset with flexibility in working hours to meet project demands.Danish market knowledge and fluency in professional communication.
