**The Impact You'll Make**

We in Danfoss Power Solutions are looking for a **Senior Procurement Manager** based in **Nordborg** .

You’ll play a key role in shaping how we manage procurement on our larger plant in Nordborg across our European operations

In this role, you’ll lead a team of sourcing experts and drive strategic initiatives that directly support our Valve & Pump Solutions (VPS) business.

From supplier negotiations to supporting new product development, your work will help us deliver smarter, faster, and more cost-effective solutions to our customers.

**What You’ll Be Doing**

+ Lead and develop a team of strategic buyers and sourcing project managers on our plant in Nordborg across multiple locations.
+ Represent Procurement in key business forums, leadership teams and align cross-functional priorities.
+ Support team members in daily operations by actively engaging in sourcing projects were needed.
+ Drive cost-down mindset strategies and ensure consistent procurement processes as well provide input to our sourcing strategies across all plants.
+ Manage supplier performance with regards to capacity, delivery and logistics
+ Support New Product Development (NPD) by involving suppliers early and selecting the right technologies.

**What We're Looking For**

+ A degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field, plus ca.

5–10 years of experience in procurement or supply chain.
+ Proven leadership experience with a track record of building high-performing teams.
+ Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across cultures and geographies.
+ Deep understanding of procurement practices, cost drivers, and supplier management.
+ Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills and a structured, independent working style
