Our Global Service PMO is a powerhouse of project and implementation managers promoting innovation across Global Service in Vestas.
With team members spread across continents and cultures, you will be part of a skilled and collaborative environment where ideas turn into action.
As a Senior Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in one of Vestas' most strategic transformation initiatives: improving our ability to manage service costs across the entire service lifecycle.
Working closely with the Transformation Lead, you'll help build and scale solutions on top of our Service Operating Model, ensuring alignment across functions and geographies.
Responsibilities
 
You'll lead large-scale, cross-functional projects from concept to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.
Your first major assignment will be a key transformation initiative focused on service cost transparency and optimization.
 Managing the end-to-end project lifecycle for strategic cost transformation initiativesSupport definition of scope, goals, and success metrics with senior stakeholdersBuilding and managing detailed project plans and resource allocationsStakeholder engagement and change management across global functionsReporting progress, risks, and insights to executive leadershipChampioning project management best practices and mentoring peers 
Qualifications
 Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Finance, Business or related fieldsProven Senior Project Management experience and preferably experience in driving complex improvement projects across IT, Finance and BusinessExperience with driving large scale change management projects across regionsProven ability to drive stakeholder collaboration and change management effectively across cultures, connecting end-users, subject matter experts and senior management
