As a (Senior) Strategy Execution Lead, you will play a crucial role in advancing the Forward '28 strategy across LC&I.
This role involves a mix of strategic planning, change management, and operational execution, ensuring our strategic initiatives are not only visionary but also pragmatic and well-implemented.
We are seeking an experienced and innovative individual with 1-5 years of relevant experience in the wholesale banking sector.
You will:
Champion transformation change management efforts across LC&I to ensure alignment with broader strategic objectives Clearly define and communicate program goals and intentions to stakeholders at all levels Oversee the project portfolio, ensuring robust governance and alignment with strategic priorities Develop and manage a detailed transformation roadmap, coordinating business planning efforts to ensure timely execution of initiatives Rigorously follow up on benefit cases, ensuring that all strategic actions deliver measurable and sustainable results About you:
A previous experience with strategic project management or related roles within Corporate & Institutional Banking, Transaction Banking, or Markets Strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategically to solve complex problems Innovative communication skills, capable of crafting and delivering clear, persuasive messages to a variety of audiences Demonstrated ability to lead projects and influence cross-functional teams without formal authority Great organizational skills, with experience with prioritizing competing demands in a fast-paced environment Advanced English skills We offer:
Monthly salary range applies only if you work in Lithuania from 3840 EUR to 5760 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
