Du vil være baseret på kontoret i **Brønshøj,** med mulighed for at arbejde hjemmefra to gange om ugen i overensstemmelse med Hachs politikker.
**En typisk dag vil se sådan ud:**
+ Behandling af kundehenvendelser vedr.
service
+ Oprettelse af arbejdsordre
+ Tilbudsgivning samt opfølgning på tilbud på servicerelaterede opgaver (ServiceMax).
+ Aktivering af servicekontrakter
+ Håndtering af fakturaer og kreditnotaer
+ Support af vores Serviceteknikere i marken
+ Vedligeholdelse af CRM system
