Your direct report will be the Senior Manager, Digital Incubation & AI.
**Your contribution is appreciated, and you will**
+ Assist in designing and delivering interactive training sessions and workshops that enhance understanding and usage of AI tools
+ Collaborate with our team to craft and implement impactful change management strategies that facilitate smooth AI adoption
+ Develop compelling communication materials that demystify AI and promote literacy across the organization
+ Work closely with team members to gather insights and evaluate the effectiveness of our AI initiatives ensuring continuous improvement
**To perform well in the role, we imagine that you**
+ are a current student pursuing a degree in communication, IT, business, or a related field
+ are dedicated to training and organizational communication, along with a noteworthy fascination with AI technologies
+ know how to communicate, have good writing and speaking skills, and are comfortable speaking to an audience
+ are motivated, willing to grow, and keen to learn—ready to tackle challenges and contribute fresh ideas
