 As a Tribe Coach you will be part of the Tribe Leadership Team in one of our tribes.
The size of the tribes varies between 80-200 colleagues spread across the Nordics, Lithuania and India.
As a Tribe coach you will join the leadership team of the Tribe together with a Tribe lead.We recognize that the aspirational goals set for our tribes can only be achieved through living up to agile values and principles with a focus on creating value for our customers.
You are expected to bring your extensive knowledge of agile development and organizational change, to bring the tribe to its next level and to ensure the Tribe achieves the aspirational vision.
 You will report to the Tribe Coach Chapter Lead and be part of the bank’s Agile Centre of Excellence.
You will balance striving for a scaled and unified approach to agile ways of working across the entire bank with the unique need in your Tribe.
 The Tribe Coach is the one who steers the agile journey in the Tribe.
As a skilled leadership coach you will support the tribe’s Product Owners, Chapter Leads, Tribe Lead, Cluster Leads and the tribe’s Architect with developing their agile leadership skills.
You will have the ability to recognize and address adherence to old habits, by causing real impact for our leaders to adapt to the agile ways of working.
You will also orchestrate support from specialized and cross organizational Agile Coaches to increase the agile maturity in the tribe.
Your deep understanding of system-thinking and organizational dynamics will be critical for you to choose the right angle on enabling your tribe to embrace outcome over output, while influencing the rest of the organization to become truly agile.

 *This position can be located in Copenhagen, Denmark or Vilnius, Lithuania.
If the position is being filled in Lithuania, the salary range will be from 3920 EUR to 5880 EUR monthly (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
