The tribe is responsible for the API Journey and the Integration platforms at Danske Bank. In collaboration with tribes, we enable customers, partners and third parties to integrate with Danske Bank.
We are on a iterative journey with Core API, and now we are going beyond with Premium APIs and Data Products. We own the Partnership & Integrations Strategic Building Block in Turn To New Tech which enables strategic agendas such as Premium APIs, Data & Analytics and Public Cloud at Scale.
Set the strategic direction and engage with stakeholders
As our new Tribe Lead, you will lead the I&A Tribe, with highly motivated and skilled colleagues, together with the tribe leadership team.
You are visionary, customer and business driven in your approach to enable technology.
You are execution oriented and able to define a clear strategic direction and set the right priorities.
You are able to communicate the tribe’s vision in a simple way and know how and when to involve and engage relevant stakeholders on all levels.
You will play an important role in supporting Product Owners and Chapter Leads in defining their Squad’s mission to support the overall tribe mission and follow up on progress to ensure traction and the right direction.
Furthermore, you will continuously engage with senior stakeholders to secure buy-in, present outcomes and continuously seek feedback.
Responsibilities
What are we looking for?
We are looking for an experienced and outgoing candidate with solid business and technology knowledge within Kafka and APIs. A proven track-record in delivering outcome focused digital solutions and excellent customers experiences within this area will further be a plus.
You have 5 years of leadership experience, and are a true servant leader always ready to support your colleagues and know how to foster an agile culture characterized by an openness, collaboration and autonomy.
This said, you are also humble and eager to grow your own skills – professionally and personally.
