Vi søger en erfaren og engageret konferencetekniker til at styrke vores facility team. Som konferencetekniker vil du være ansvarlig for at sikre, at alle aspekter af vores konferencer, møder og begivenheder lever op til vores høje standarder. Din tekniske dygtighed og evne til at arbejde under pres vil være afgørende for succes i denne rolle.

Ansvarsområder:

Overvågning af konference/mødelokale udstyr under begivenheder og løsning af eventuelle problemer, der måtte opstå under disse.

Sikre optimal drift af udstyr på vores 3 lokationer

Hurtig fejlfinding og problemløsning for at sikre en smidig teknisk drift.

Levering af fremragende kundeservice til arrangører og deltagere.

Opstiling og nedtagning af inventar i forbindelse med større konferencer og arrangementer

Koordinere ovenstående for at sikre et vellykket arrangement.

Samarbejde med Facility afdelingen omkring huset øvrige opgaver

Facility Management - en servicemindet afdeling
Afdelingen håndterer en bred vifte af opgaver. En stor del af opgaverne ligger indenfor drift af vores lokationer i Odense, herunder indkøbs- og leverandørstyring, kvalitetsopfølgning og vedligeholdelsesarbejde, kontakt til håndværkere, interne flytninger og en del serviceopgaver. Vi har en travl hverdag med mange bolde i luften. Vi er proaktive og brænder for at optimere og strømline processerne. Derfor er sparring og fælles faglig interesse for ejendomsdrift en stor del af dagligdagen.

Du vil opleve en stor frihedsgrad i jobbet og egen planlægning af opgaveløsning. Ligeledes skal du forvente, at der kan opstå ændringer i den normale arbejdstid, grundet uventede situationer eller planlagte projekter. Derfor er fleksibilitet en nødvendighed. Du vil ligeledes indgå i afdelingens faste vagtordning.

Hvem er du?

Du har måske en teknisk baggrund og har lidt kendskab til ejendomsdrift og de mange områder indenfor håndværksgenren.

Du har med fordel erfaring som håndværker og ligeledes har du en vis økonomisk sans.

Som person er du struktureret, kvalitetsbevidst, og du kan bevare overblikket over mange opgaver gennem en skarp proceshåndtering.

Du fungerer i en hverdag, hvor du skal være udadvendt, åben og proaktiv, så du kan opbygge relationer til andre hurtigt og trives med en bred kontaktflade.

Du er robust og direkte, og du trives i en hverdag med højt tempo, hvor dagene sjældent er ens eller som forventet.

Du er en erfaren bruger af MS Officepakken, og kan arbejde med budgetter i excl, tekstbehandling i word samt håndtering af mails i Outlook

Du har kørekort til bil.
