  • Assisting the department with a variety of tasks throughout the granting and assessment processes, such as proofreading guidelines and grant agreements, updating website content, preparing for meetings, and screening applications.
  • Contributing to the continuous development and optimisation of post-award processes and workflows.

Professional and Personal Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with a relevant education and a minimum of 1–3 years of solid experience in administrative work from a university, research institute, foundation, NGO, or the public sector.

You have:

  • A structured and very organised approach to work, with proven ability to organise tasks and manage responsibilities efficiently.
  • Confidence in interacting with a broad range of stakeholders, preferably with research or scientific backgrounds.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience with grant administration, especially post-award, is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written, and thrive in an international environment.
  • Danish skills are considered an advantage.

As a person, you are motivated by working in a purpose-driven culture and are committed to making a positive impact.

You enjoy collaborating in a team to achieve shared goals but are also capable of working independently.

You bring excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, and proactive mindset.

What We Offer
The Grant Management Department consists of 22 colleagues.

We value a dynamic and cross-functional working environment, where engagement, dedication and team spirit drive our activities.
