Om Stillingen
Som en del af Proces Support teamet vil du få 25 dedikerede og dygtige kolleger. Sammen yder I proces support til vask & sterilisation, miljø, formulering, fyld, manuel inspektion samt til outsourcede produktioner i udlandet. Du vil derfor få mulighed for at bidrage bredt i et dynamisk team med flere spændende processer og arbejde projektorienteret.
En stor del af dit arbejde vil omhandle:
Da næsten enhver produktion er et nyt projekt i afdelingen opleves disse opgaver sjældent rutinepræget og skal ofte løses tværfagligt med kolleger både inden og udenfor afdelingen. Derudover vil du sammen med dine kolleger skulle arbejde på spændende projekter for at sikre, at APP’s processer lever op til de skærpede Annex 1 krav. Vi står således foran at skulle implementere SAP/PAS-X samt en ny isolator fyldelinje indenfor de kommende år.
Kvalifikationer
Du er uddannet farmaceut, kemiingeniør eller har en tilsvarende naturvidenskabelig uddannelse. Du har minimum 2-4 års relevant erhvervserfaring inden for aseptisk produktion i den farmaceutiske branche og gerne indenfor formulering eller fyld. Du har et godt kendskab til GMP inden for aseptisk produktion. Dokumentation er en vigtig del af jobbet og derfor er gode skriftlige formuleringsevner på dansk og engelsk et krav.
Som kollega er du først og fremmest en team-player, kun sammen kan vi lykkes! Du har et godt humør og med initiativ, fleksibilitet og selvstændighed, tager du ansvar for nye opgaver. Du tager på arbejde med den indstilling, at vi i teamet og afdelingen spiller hinanden gode. Vi forventer, at du er god til at strukturere og planlægge dit arbejde og trives i en omskiftelig hverdag, hvor der løbende skal prioriteres og træffes nye beslutninger.
Om afdelingen
I Aseptic Pilot Plant (APP) befinder vi os i den spændende grænseflade mellem udvikling og produktion og har derfor en bred kontakt til mange forskellige funktioner i Novo Nordisk. Vi fremstiller injicerbare sterile produkter til kliniske studier – primært fase 1 og 2. Produkterne er skiftende, men de produceres alle efter gældende GMP regler i aseptisk miljø. En del af disse produkter outsources og vi har således samarbejdspartnere globalt.
Vi har en spændende hverdag, hvor opgaverne er udfordrende og varierende. Vi tilgår opgaverne med nysgerrighed og lysten til at gøre en forskel. APP er placeret i Måløv og er en del af CMC Drug Product & Analytical development. Afdelingen består af ca. 80 medarbejdere – alle på daghold - og omfatter procesområder som vask & sterilisation, formulering, påfyldning, inspektion, forsyning, miljø, rengøring, vedligehold og kalibrering.
