We are seeking a talented Senior Product Designer to join our Product Team @ Kanpla. You will be playing a crucial role in our international expansion to help us empower contract catering operators, combat food waste, and enhance customer experiences, then this opportunity is for you.

We are looking for a Product Designer with exceptional problem-solving skills and a knack for analytical thinking. The ideal candidate will excel in simplifying complex problems into user-friendly solutions and possess strong project management abilities.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the product design and development for one of Kanpla’s core development team.

Develop and refine product designs, focusing on solving complex problems with simple, user-centric solutions.

Work collaboratively with business stakeholders, product managers and lead developers

Present ideas clearly and concisely, both visually, verbally and in writing.

Receive and adapt to feedback, incorporating it into design iterations.

Conduct user research and demonstrate strong user empathy in design decisions.

Manage time effectively, balancing multiple project timelines.
Qualifications:

3+ years of professional experience in product design, with a portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong project management and organisational skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Intuitive understanding of the design process (Understanding when to do lo-fi and hi-fi prototypes, divergent and convergent ideation phases)

Experience in Figma or similar, experience with design systems

Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality, precise work, balanced with good time management

Proficiency in user research and demonstrating user empathy in design.

Familiarity with product management processes and best practices.
