In this context, the purpose of your role is to plan, design and produce corporate internal communication to support strategy implementation and organisational development. The role reports to the Senior Director of Strategic Change & Communication.
Your primary tasks will be to:
Create and implement communication to support effective implementation of corporate strategy.
Design and drive change management and communication in organisational and strategy-led change projects with global impact.
Collaborate with senior managers and HR professionals to plan and create relevant communication in connection with large organisational changes.
Support executive management in group level strategic and ad hoc management communication.
Offer ad hoc sparring for larger, internal projects on their communication activities, e.g. determining needs, structure, appropriate formats and channels.
Your qualifications
As a person, you are driven by your desire and curiosity to understand our business and your stakeholders, and to explore different ways and formats for creating communication plans and materials to engage colleagues in the implementation of our strategy, new initiatives or change programs. You are committed and self-motivated, with a clear sense of responsibility for the integrity and quality of the work. Additionally, you thrive with change and you are able to perform under pressure and to calmly handle tasks with competing deadlines. You have good interpersonal skills, communicate respectfully with stakeholders across multiple levels, and are inherently collaborative by nature.
Moreover, we expect that you:
Hold a relevant master’s degree.
Have 5-7 years of experience in creating and applying different types of internal corporate communication to match the situation and engage target groups.
Are skilled in analysing the situation as well as stakeholder objectives and implementing into clear storytelling and argumentation through written and visual communication.
Demonstrate good understanding and experience with applied Change Leadership and change communication.
Have a creative, entrepreneurial mindset – you easily get new ideas for communication and like to test them out with your stakeholders.
Have advanced skills in written and spoken English.
